ADA — The Ohio Northern men's soccer team remains undefeated on the season with a 2-2 draw with Kenyon on Saturday afternoon.
The Basics
- Records: Ohio Northern (4-0-4 Overall), Kenyon (4-1-4 Overall).
- Venue: Kerscher Stadium — Ada, Ohio.
The Match
- Senior Colin Gottron (Centerville) scored unassisted in the 49th minute to take a 1-0 lead.
- Junior Aidan McMahon (Naperville, Ill./North) scored off an assist from sophomore Johnny Roussakis (New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln-Way Central) in the 59th minute to go up 2-0.
- Kenyon scored in the 77th minute and again in the 89th minute to tie the game up.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Carson Zurmehly (Batavia/McNicholas) had five saves in goal for ONU.
- Each team had 13 shots, but ONU had an 11-2 advantage in corner kicks.
