Saturday's Preview: Ohio Northern will host John Carroll in a key OAC battle on Saturday at Dial-Roberson Stadium ... The Polar Bears are coming off a 16-4 victory at Baldwin Wallace last Saturday to remain the league's only unbeaten team ... Junior Max Weese posted his school-record 15th career hat trick with three goals ... Northern scored the first nine goals to lead 9-2 at halftime, then scored the first seven goals of the second half to extend the lead to 16-2 ... Through 13 games this year, sophomore Cameron Marous leads the team and is 5th in the OAC with 36 goals ... He also leads the team and the OAC with 36 assists and 70 points ... Weese is second on the team with 22 goals and sophomore Shane Olsen is third with 19 goals ... In all, 28 different Polar Bears have scored at least one goal and 31 have at least one point this year ... Brendan Whitty and Colin Corcoran each had hat tricks and Skyler Blake had a goal and five assists for JCU ... Blake leads the team in scoring with 27 goals and 41 points ... Whitty is second with 26 goals and 39 points ... Colin Rice leads the team with 17 assists and is third on the team with 33 points ... Jacob Betz has 70 saves, an 8.04 GAA and Will Good has 28 saves and an 8.69 GAA in goal.
