Volleyball remains at No. 11 in seventh weekly AVCA poll after 4-1 week

ADA — The Ohio Northern volleyball team remained ranked No. 11 in the seventh weekly American Volleyball Coaches Association Poll on Tuesday.
The Polar Bears (18-4 overall, 3-0 Ohio Athletic Conference) received 1,081 points, 26 less than in the sizth weekly poll when ONU was also ranked No. 11.
Northern was ranked No. 12 in the fifth weekly poll, No. 15 in the fourth poll, No. 16 in the third poll, was No. 21 in the first and second polls and No. 23 in the preseason poll.
Emory (Ga.) remained in the top spot with 1,924 points and 65 first place votes. Calvin (Mich.) is second with 1,872 points and seven first place votes and Chicago (Ill.) is third with 1,806 points and five first place votes.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Wilmington for a 7 pm match at Raizk Arena.
