Natalie Armbruster and Katelyn Wagner named OAC Women's Track and Field Athletes of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern senior Natalie Armbruster (Cincinnati/Mount Notre Dame) and junior Katelyn Wagner (Sycamore/Wynford) were named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Track and Field Athletes of the Week for the week of March 23-29.
Armbruster competed at the Washington (Mo.) Distance Carnival on Thursday and Friday and Wagner traveled to the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open on Saturday.
Armbruster placed 25th of 50 in the 3000-meter steeple chase with a time of 11:20.93 and was 138th of 173 in the 5000 meter in 18:42.91.
She holds the ONU record in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 11:16.04 that she set on 5/9/2025. She is ranked 16th nationally this season with her 11:20.93 effort.
Wagner placed second of 45 in the javelin with a toss of 35.08 meters and also placed fifth in the shot put at 12.99 meters.
She is now 10th all-time at ONU in the javelin.
The Polar Bears return to action on Saturday at the Manchester (Ind.) Invitational.
