Women's Outdoor Track & Field ranked No. 11 in first weekly USTFCCCA power rankings

ADA —The Ohio Northern women's outdoor track and field team is ranked No. 11 in the first weekly United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association power rankings, released Tuesday, Apr. 4.
This marks the highest the Polar Bears (37-3 Overall) have ever been ranked during the outdoor season in school history.
ONU received 67.22 points in the rankings.
Washington (Mo.) held the top spot with 185.06 points, while Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Cal.) came in second with 140.76 points and Williams (Mass.) rounded out the top-3 with 116.18 points.
Northern is coming off of a dominating performance at the Centre (Ky.) Invitational where it took first place in the team standings.
The Polar Bears will return to action Saturday, Apr. 8 as they travel to Delaware to compete in the Ohio Wesleyan Marv Frye Invitational.
