Sophomore Dianna Johnson-Ward named OAC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week

ADA — Sophomore Dianna Johnson-Ward has been named Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week.
On Saturday, at the Polar Bears Invitational, Johnson-Ward claimed a first place finish in the triple jump with a leap of 37-00.50, setting a new school record in the event.
Johnson-Ward broke her own record of 36-05.00 set on April 11th at the All-Ohio Championships.
Ohio Northern finished second at the Polar Bear Invitational scoring 140.50 points.
ONU will return to action Friday as they travel to Alliance for the OAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
