Senior Gabrielle Metzner and freshman Emily Richards to compete at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships

Preview: The Ohio Northern women's track & field team will have two members traveling to Winston-Salem, N.C. to particapate in the NCAA DIII Indoor Track & Field Championships ... Senior Gabrielle Metzner and freshman Emily Richards both will be competing in their respective events ... Metzner will be competing in the 60-meter hurdle prelims Friday at 2:10 pm, with the finals being held Saturday at 2:05 pm ... The senior ran a qualifying time of 9.04 seconds in the event during the Polar Bear Last Chance meet ... Richards will be competing in the 800-meter run prelims Friday at 4:05 pm, with the finals being held on Saturday at 3:45 pm ... The Freshman is currently sitting in 15th with a time of 2:14.37 set at the Polar Bear Last Chance meet.
