GREENCASTLE, Ind. — The No. 27-ranked Ohio Northern women's tennis team swept DePauw (Ind.) 7-0 indoors on Saturday.

  • Sophomore Lauren Okrainec (Ingersoll, ON, Canada/Ingersoll Collegiate) won 6-3, 6-0 at No. 2 singles and combined with freshman Amy Grace Beebe (Hudson/Cuyahoga Valley Christian) to win 7-6(3) at No. 3 doubles.
  • Seniors Jamie Hurst (Granger, Ind./Penn) and Abby Cruser (Pendleton, Ind./Pendleton Heights) also won twice.
  • Hurst won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 3 singles, Cruser won 6-1, 6-3 at No. 4 singles and the pair joined forces to win 6-1 at No. 1 doubles.
  • Freshman Audrey Austin (Perry) won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 5 singles.
  • Sophomore Leah Schleibaum (West Chester/Lakota West) won 6-3, 7-5 at No. 6 singles.
