Women's Tennis ranked No. 27 nationally in fifth 2026 ITA poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's tennis team is ranked No. 27 nationally in the fifth 2026 poll by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Calif.) is ranked No. 1, Washington (Mo.) is second and Wesleyan (Conn.) is third.

The Polar Bears are 11-3 on the season and are a perfect 11-0 against unranked opponents this season.

ONU is gunning for its third consecutive Ohio Athletic Conference regular season and tournament titles this season under fourth-year head coach Sean Swisher.

Northern will return to action Saturday at DePauw (Ind.) and will begin OAC play Wednesday at Capital.
