Women's Soccer to open 2025 season Aug. 31 at Rose-Hulman (Ind.)

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's soccer team will open its 2025 season on Aug. 31 with a road match at Rose-Hulman (Ind.) under third-year head coach Ben Tierney.

Northern will open its home schedule Sept. 3 against Wittenberg at Kerscher Stadium.

The Polar Bears will then head out on a four-game road trip with contests at Carnegie Mellon (Pa.) on Sept. 7, at Case Western Reserve on Sept. 12, at Ohio Wesleyan on Sept. 14 and at Albion (Mich.) on Sept. 18.

Home matches with Transylvania (Ky.) on Sept. 20 and Denison on Sept. 23 and a road match at Calvin (Mich.) on Sept. 27 to wrap up the non-conference schedule.

The Polar Bears open Ohio Athletic Conference play at Marietta on Oct. 4.

Northern will also travel to conference foes Heidelberg, Capital and Wilmington.

OAC home matches include those against Baldwin Wallace, Muskingum, Otterbein and Mount Union.

The six-team OAC Tournament is scheduled for Nov. 4-9.

ONU was 15-6-1 overall, won the OAC regular season title with an 8-1-0 mark, won the OAC Tournament title and advanced to the second round of the NCAA III Tournament in 2024.
