No. 21 Wrestling falls to No.24 Baldwin Wallace 27-15 in final OAC dual of the season in battle of league unbeatens

BEREA — The No. 21 Ohio Northern wrestling team fell 27-15 at No. 24 Baldwin Wallace in final Ohio Athletic Conference dual of the season on Thursday evening.

- No. 15-ranked sophomore Myles Johnson (Springboro) won by decision over No.1 ranked Joey Petrella cutting into the lead making it 23-15 at 197 in the biggest win for Ohio Northern on the evening.
- Freshman Kurt Mokros (Lewis Center/Olentangy) started the night with a win by decision to give the Polar Bears a 3-0 lead at the 125 pound weight class.
- Sophomore Casper Caizzo (Norwalk/St. Paul) put ONU back on top with his decision victory making it 6-5 at 141.
- Freshman Londen Murphy (Moscow/Moeller) won by pin at 157 to take the lead back making it 12-9.
- The Yellow Jackets won the next three bouts to grab a 23-12 lead before Johnson's impressive victory got ONU within 23-25.
