Wrestling picked to finish fourth in OAC Preseason Coaches poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern wrestling team was picked to finish fourth in the 2021-22 Ohio Athletic Conference Coaches poll in voting conducted by the league's eight head coaches.
The Polar Bears, under 34th-year head coach Ron Beaschler, received 35 points in the poll.
Baldwin Wallace was picked to finish first with 49 points and seven first place votes, John Carroll was picked second with 38 points and Mount Union was third with 36 points and one first place vote.
ONU returns 16 lettermen from last year's squad that went 3-1 in an only OAC opponent schedule.
Ohio Northern will open its 2021-22 campaign on Nov. 6 at the Mount Union Invitational.
