Martin's late goal leads Women's Lacrosse to exciting 9-8 win over Suffolk (Mass.) to wrap up spring break action

GEORGETOWN, Tex. — The Ohio Northern's women's lacrosse team wrapped up its spring break slate with a thrilling 9-8 victory over Suffolk (Mass.) on Saturday.

- The Rams took the lead 8-7 before Lehman found the net with 4:47 left for the equalizer tying 8-8.
- A free position goal from Martin gave Ohio Northern a 9-8 lead with less than two minutes left in the contest.
- The Polar Bear defense held on late to keep the lead and earn the victory.
- Suffolk was led by Julia Dickinson with three goals in the contest.
- Sophomore Kara Fox (South Euclid/Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin) had seven saves and earned the win in goal for Ohio Northern.
