Sophomore Emerson Gray named First Team All-Ohio Athletic Conference in Women's Basketball

ADA — Sophomore Emerson Gray (Liberty Center) was named First Team All-Ohio Athletic Conference in women's basketball for the 2025-26 season in voting conducted by the league's nine head coaches.

Gray leads the Polar Bears (10-16 Overall) and is second in the league in scoring thus far this season, averaging 15.2 ppg.

She also leads the team in rebounding (5.3 rpg) and is second in assists (47) and steals (48) this year.

Gray ranks third in the OAC in free throw shooting, going 85-for-110 for 77.3 percent.

ONU finished fifth in the regular season OAC standings with an 8-8 record and defeated No. 4 seed Capital 64-57 in the quarterfinals of the OAC Tournament on Tuesday.

The Polar Bears, under sixth-year head coach Mark Huelsman, return to action on Thursday at top-seeded and No. 8-ranked Baldwin Wallace in the OAC Tournament Semifinals at 7 p.m.
