Hilty, Rosser and Keck named Academic All-District in Softball by College Sports Communicators for 2025

ADA — Ohio Northern seniors Taylor Hilty (Kettering/Fairmont) and Callie Rosser (Republic/Monroeville) and sophomore Taylor Keck (Wadsworth) were named 2025 Academic All-District in softball by College Sports Communicators.
The 2025 Academic All-District Softball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, each student-athlete must have at least a 3.5 GPA and have played in at least 50 percent of her team's games or pitched at least 10 innings during the season.
Hilty and Rosser are now both three-time Academic All-District selections, while Keck is a first-time honoree.
Hilty, an exercise physiology major, batted .380 on the year with 41 hits, 22 RBIs, eight doubles, 17 runs and four stolen bases. Defensively, she only committed 14 errors in 42 games for a fielding percentage of .914.
In 129 career games, she has a .274 average with 79 hits, 41 RBIs, 14 doubles, one home run, and 40 runs.
Rosser batted .410 this season led the team with 59 hits and 38 runs scored to go with 29 RBIs, 10 doubles, one triple and three home runs.
The exercise physiology major is a career .354 hitter with 154 hits, 70 RBIs, 96 runs scored, 26 doubles, five triples and five home runs in 137 career games. Her base hit total ranks 11th all-time at ONU.
Keck, a nursing major, posted a 2-7 record in 61.1 innings with 19 strikeouts on the season.
In her career, she has a 6-10 record in 123.1 innings pitched with a 6.47 ERA and 39 strikeouts.
The Polar Bears finished the 2025 season with a 20-23 record, were third in the OAC with a 12-6 mark and finished third in the OAC Tournament under first-year head coach Summer Collins.
