Lenser, Wilson lead list of five Polar Bears named All-OAC in Softball

ADA — Ohio Northern senior Ashley Lenser (Brookville) and junior Allie Wilson (Wapakoneta) headlined a list of five Polar Bears named All-Ohio Athletic Conference in softball for the 2025 season in voting conducted by the league's head coaches.
Lenser and Wilson earned First Team honors while seniors Mariana Alejandro (Gibsonburg), Callie Rosser (Republic/Monroeville) and Taylor Hilty (Kettering/Fairmont) were Honorable Mention selections.
Lenser is now a four-time All-OAC selection after being named OAC Freshman of the Year and OAC Pitcher of the Year in 2022 and 2023. She was also named to the OAC All-Tournament Team this season.
She posted a 16-12 record this season in 169.0 innings with a 3.73 ERA and 135 strikeouts. She ranks third at ONU in single-season strikeouts, fifth in innings pitched, and sixth in wins.
In her career, Lenser has a 51-29 record in 529.0 innings, an ERA of 2.51 and 375 strikeouts. She is ranked second all-time in strikeouts, third in wins and fourth in innings pitched.
Wilson is now a two-time All-OAC honoree after being named Second Team last season.
This season, she joined ONU's 100-Hit Club and led the team in batting (.417), RBIs (43), doubles (14), triples (4) and home runs (6). She is now ranked tied for ninth at ONU in single-season doubles.
In 116 career games, she has a .362 average, 129 hits, 95 RBIs, 28 doubles, six triples and 13 home runs. She is one home run away from breaking into ONU's Top-10 List in that category.
Alejandro is also a two-time All-Conference honoree after earning Second Team accolades last season.
She batted .333 on the season with 35 hits, six RBIs, 23 runs scored and six stolen bases.
Alejandro is a career .311 hitter with 92 hits, 25 RBIs, 69 runs and 22 stolen bases.
Rosser and Hilty are both first-time All-OAC selections.
Rosser batted .410 this season led the team with 59 hits and 38 runs scored to go with 29 RBIs, 10 doubles, one triple and three home runs.
In her career, Rosser has a .354 average, 154 hits, 70 RBIs, 96 runs scored, 26 doubles, five triples and five home runs. Her base hit total ranks 11th all-time at ONU.
Hilty batted .380 on the season and had 41 hits, 22 RBIs, eight doubles and four stolen bases. She was also named to the OAC All-Tournament Team this season.
In four years at ONU, she has a career batting average of .274 to go with 79 hits, 41 RBIs, 14 doubles, one home run, 40 runs scored and five stolen bases.
The Polar Bears posted a 20-23 record in 2025, was third in the OAC with a 12-6 mark and finished third in the OAC Tournament under first-year head coach Summer Collins.
