Sophomore Christin Miller named OAC Softball Hitter of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern sophomore Christin Miller was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Softball Hitter of the Week for the week of March 5-11.

Miller hit .528 in 10 games, going 19-for-36, with 15 runs scored, eight RBI and four stolen bases to lead the Polar Bears to a 7-3 record during their spring break trip to the NTC Games in Clermont, Fla.

She also threw 6.0 innings of shutout relief pitching on the mound to post a 1-0 record.

The Polar Bears will return to action March 22 with a double-header at Alma (Mich.)
