Men's, Women's Cross Country to open season at Beaver Dam Invite on Aug. 30

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's and women's cross country teams will open their 2024 seasons on Aug. 30 at Bluffton's Beaver Dam Invite under 16th-year head coach Jason Maus.

In September, they will travel to the Franklin College (Ind.) XC Invite on Sept. 7 and the Otterbein XC Invite on Sept. 21.

The Pre-Nationals hosted by Rose Hulman (Ind.) will take place on Oct. 4.

Northern will then travel to New York to compete in the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 19 to end the regular season.

The Polar Bears will travel to Heidelberg University for the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships on Nov. 7.

The NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships are scheduled for Nov. 16 at Franklin University (Ind.), and the National Championships will be run at Rose Hulman (Ind.) on Nov. 23.

In 2023, Northern's men finished 97-16 overall and were second in the OAC, while ONU's women finished second in the OAC and were 84-22 overall.
