Rosenbaum leads Men's Cross Country to 6th place finish at Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble

OBERLIN — Junior Nathan Rosenbaum finished 7th of 283 runners to lead the Ohio Northern men's cross country team to a sixth place finish at the 2013 Inter-Regional Rumble at Oberlin on Saturday afternoon.
The Polar Bears (65-12 Overall) finished 6th out of 31 teams with a score of 213 points.
No. 6-ranked New York University took first place with 55 points, No. 19 Geneseo St. (N.Y.) came in second with 93 points, and No. 20 Allegheny (Pa.) took third place with 106 points.
Rosenbaum finished the 8,000-meter event with a time of 25:31.1.
Also finishing in the top 50 for the men was sophomore Eric Wymer, who finished the race in 40th place with a time of 26:25.1.
Bobby Over of Allegheny took first place in the race finishing with a time of 25:01.3.
The Polar Bears will be back on the course Saturday, November 2nd, at 11 am as they compete in the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships at Westerville.
