Men's Track & Field lands six All-Region Winners for the 2015-16 indoor season

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's track and field team saw six members earn All-Region honors by The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced Monday.
To be named All-Region, an athlete must either finish in the top-5 of an individual event or be part of a top-3 relay team.
The Polar Bears recieving this honor are junior Andrew Harden in the distance medley relay, senior Brandon Ike in the pole vault, junior Ian McKee in the distance medley relay, freshman Ian McVey in the distance medley relay, sophomore Matt Molinaro in the 800-meter run, 1-mile, and distance medley relay, and junior Lucas Shumate in the weight throw.
Harden, McKee, McVey and Molinaro all earn their first All-Region honor after teaming up in the distacne medley relay to finish the season with a time of 10:20.39.
Ike also earns his first All-Region honor, with a season best height of 4.65 meters.
Along with the distance medley relay, Molinaro also earned All-Region honors in the 800-meter run and the 1-mile.
The sophomore currently holds the seventh fastest time in the NCAA in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:52.64.
In the 1-mile, he finished with a season best time of 4:17.70.
Shumate also had success this season, earning his first All-Region honor.
The junior finished the indoor season with a season best pitch of 17.27 meters.
