Yeager named Player of the Year, Swisher named Coach of the Year; four named All-OAC in Men's Tennis

ADA — Ohio Northern freshman Aiden Yeager was named the Ohio Athletic Conference men's tennis Player of the Year, leading a list of four student-athletes named All-Conference in men's tennis for the 2025-26 season.
Yeager and junior Tyler Wood (Toledo/St. Johns) were named First Team All-OAC while sophomore Ethan Remy (Lexington) and freshman Dylan Catanese (Lexington) earned Second Team honors.
Fourth-year head coach Sean Swisher was named the OAC Men's Tennis Coach of the Year, earning the honor for the fourth season in a row.
Yeager was second on the team with 17 singles wins and 35 overall victories in his first season at Northern.
Wood had a team-best 19 doubles wins and a 30-29 overall record on the season. He also became the 25th member of ONU's 100-Win Club this season.
Wood is 106-63 in his career, including a 51-33 singles record and 55-32 doubles mark.
Remy had a 30-12 overall record this season, including a 13-7 singles mark and 17-5 doubles record.
Cantanese led ONU this season with a 19-10 singles mark, a 19-9 doubles mark and a 38-19 overall record.
The Polar Bears finished the season at 14-9 overall and 3-0 in the OAC, earning its fifth consecutive OAC Regular Season and Tournament Championship titles. ONU also made its fifth consecutive and 10th overall NCAA III Tournament appearance, where they made it to the Second Round.
