Freshman Dylan Catanese named OAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week for second time this season

ADA — Ohio Northern freshman Dylan Catanese (Lexington) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 16-22.

This is his second career Player of the Week honor and second this season.

The recognition comes after winning singles to lead the Polar Bears in a 5-2 loss to Oberlin on Saturday.

Catanese won 5-7, 6-0, 11-9 at No. 4 singles.

Catanese leads the Polar Bears thus far this season with a 12-3 singles mark and an 19-7 overall record.

The Polar Bears (2-2 Overall) will wrap up their winter schedule on Feb. 28 at Kalamazoo (Mich.)
