Junior Dean McNeil named OAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week

ADA —  Junior Dean McNeil has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the week of Aug. 29-Sept. 3.

McNeil led the Polar Bears to a 2-0 record last week, as ONU defeated Lawrence Tech (Mich.) 2-1 and Oberlin 4-0.

McNeil posted a career-high nine saves and recorded his 16th career shutout against Oberlin Saturday.

The senior currently ranks third all-time at Ohio Northern with 16 shutouts. 

Ohio Northern returns to action tonight, September 6th, as they welcome Olivet (Mich.) to Kerscher Stadium.
