Andrew Reimer named first Men's Lacrosse All-American in program history

ADA — Ohio Northern fifth-year senior Andrew Reimer (Lancaster, N.Y.) was named Honorable Mention All-America in men's lacrosse for 2024 in voting conducted by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.
Reimer, a defender, becomes the first All-American in program history.
He is also a two-time All-Conference honoree, earning First team honors this spring after being named to the Second Team in 2023.
Reimer started 17 games this season and finished with 38 ground balls, 18 caused turnovers, and two goals.
In 53 career games at ONU, he has 111 ground balls and 51 caused turnovers along with eight points on five goals and three assists. He ranks 4th all-time at ONU in caused turnovers and 8th in ground balls.
The Polar Bears posted their ninth consecutive winning season in 2024, going 13-6 overall, and were third in the OAC with a 7-2 league record under ninth-year head coach Nat St. Laurent.
