Tournament Previews: The Ohio Northern men's golf team will continue its 2022-23 season this weekend with two tournaments ... The Polar Bears will play 36 holes over two days Saturday and Sunday at the OAC Fall Preview at River Greens Golf Course in West Lafayette, Ohio ... The nine OAC schools that sponsor men's golf will tee off in a shotgun start at 11 am each morning ... On Monday, ONU will head north to play in the Lourdes Gray Wolf Invitational at Sylvania Country Club ... Both the Ohio Northern men's and women's teams will play 18 holes with a 10 am shotgun start ... In all, 11 schools are expected to compete on Monday ... Northern opened its fall season with a fourth place finish at the Trine (Ind.) Ken Venturi Invitational on Sept. 20 at the Zollner Golf Course ... The Polar Bears carded a 311 on the par-72 course ... Sophomore Adam Trigg-Holdman led ONU with a 2-over par 74 to finish tied for eighth out of 82 golfers ... Sophomore Andrew Briars tied for 29th with a 78, freshman Anthony Naso tied for 33rd with a 79 and senior Josh Steyer and freshman Joey DeSimone tied for 36th with 80s ... Playing as individuals, freshmen Bennet Christy and Domenic Pilla tied for 13th with 75s.
