This Weekend's Championship: The Ohio Northern men's golf team will host the annual OAC Fall Championships ... All Nine OAC teams are expected to play in the 36-hole event, which begins with a 1 pm shotgun start on Friday ... Saturday's 8:30 am shotgun start will feature pairings determined by Friday's first round finish ... The results of the OAC Fall Championships and the OAC Spring Championships will be combined to determine seeds and pairings for the OAC Championships this May ... The Polar Bears finished 6th of 9 varsity teams at the Bluffton Fall Classic last weekend ... Northern finished with a 314-300—614 for the 36 holes, and were just 11 strokes off the lead ... Senior Joshua Turich led ONU with a 5-over par 76-73-149 to finish seventh of 52 golfers ... Freshman Nolan Kimberly tied for 11th with a 78-75—153, senior David Gorman tied for 13th with a 77-77—154, senior Nick Anderson tied for 23rd with an 83-75—158 and freshman Andrew Slusher tied for 29th with an 83-79—162 ... Thus far this season, Kimberly and Turich lead the team with 78.3 scoring averages for six rounds ... Anderson is third on the squad with an 81.0 average.
