Seniors lead the way in 104-72 Senior Day victory over Marietta

ADA — A combined 37 points from seniors Mason Studer (Gallion/Colonel Crawford) and Will Miller (Ottoville) led the Ohio Northern men's basketball team to 104-72 Senior Day victory over Marietta on Saturday afternoon.

- Miller led the Polar Bears in scoring with 20 points and 5 boards.
- Studer added a career-high 17 points and dished out 3 assists
- Junior Theo Maag (Ottawa/Ottawa-Glandorf) added 13 points and 10 boards to log his first double-double of the season.
- Sophomore Aiden Harris (Pandora Gilboa) added 12 points off the bench.
- A 3-pointer from senior Bryce Stuart (Lucasville) capped a 17-2 run to give the Polar Bears their largest lead of the game at 73-37.

- Northern was in control from the start, opening the game on a 26-7 run.
- Ohio Northern was 37-of-65 from the floor for 56.9 percent and made 10-of-26 three-pointers for 38.5 percent, while Marietta finished 26-of-67 from the field for38.8 percent and 7-of-22 from three-point range for 31.8 percent.
- ONU made 13-of-16 free throws for 81.3 percent and MC was 20-of-24 from the foul line for 83.3 percent.
