Football to put 6-0 international record on line with 9-day trip, exhibition game in Ireland

ADA — The Ohio Northern football team will put its 6-0 record in international competition on the line when the Polar Bears embark on their seventh trip to Europe from Monday, May 18-26.
ONU will travel to Killarney for two nights, then on to Galway and the western coast for two nights, then back to Dublin for three nights before returning to the United States.
The Polar Bears will play an exhibition game on Sunday at 3 pm (10 am EDT) against the Louth Mavericks of the Shamrock Division of the American Football Ireland league.
A large group of 90 student/athletes, coaches, staff, families and friends will make the trip to Italy.
Ohio Northern has a 6-0 record in international competition in program history, winning games in Germany in 2007, Italy in 2010, Ireland in 2013, Italy in 2016, Germany in 2019 and Italy in 2023.
