Baseball drops tight matchup at No. 1-ranked Denison 5-4

GRANVILLE — The Ohio Northern baseball team fell in another tight battle at No. 1-ranked Denison 5-4 on Sunday afternoon.
The Basics
- Records: Ohio Northern (24-12 Overall), #1 Denison (33-1).

Game Recap
- Sophomore Keegan Campbell started for Ohio Northern and threw 7.0 innings on the day while only allowing a single earned run.
- Denison jumped to an early 3-0 lead through the fourth inning.
- Junior Kyler Lapp (Hall, Ill.) got ONU on the board with a 2 RBI double
- Senior Robbie Reed (Goshen, Ky./Trinity) tied the game with an RBI single in the sixth.

- Fifth-year senior Andrew Stechschulte (Findlay) (169), Reed (154), Armstrong (149), Lapp (145), and junior Evan Russ (Westfield, Ind.) (117) are all members of ONU's 100-Hit Club.
