Baseball wins fourth consecutive game with 8-2 victory at Bluffton

BLUFFTON — The Ohio Northern baseball team pushed its win streak to four games with an 8-2 victory at area rival Bluffton on Monday.

- Bluffton scored sinbgle runs in the first and second innings to go up 2-0, but ONU scored 8 runs unanswered runs to post the victory.
- A combined effort on the mound saw 5 pitchers cover the 9.0 innings, only allowing 2 runs on 6 hits.
- Freshman Carson Stevens (Wyoming) led Ohio Northern's offense, going 3-5 at the plate and scoring 2 runs.
- Sophomore Ace Cocklin (Cincinnati/Walnut Hills) got ONU on the board with an RBI double in the third.
