Colleen Baliga and Christin Miller both named NFCA All-Central Region

ADA -- Juniors Colleen Baliga and Christin Miller have been named All-Central Region by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA).

Baliga was named Second Team All-Central Region and Miller was named to the third team.

Baliga hit .362 in 25 games for the Polar Bears.

She scored 20 runs which was second on the team and also blasted three homers.

In addition, Baliga was also named First Team All-OAC.

Miller earns her second straight All-Central Region selection.

This season, Miller lead the team in batting average (.412), hits (43), runs scored (23) and doubles (six).

She was named First Team All-OAC for the third straight season and currently ranks fourth in program history with 192 hits.

Ohio Northern posted a 13-15 record and finished tied for fifth in the OAC with a 9-9 record.
