Senior Kristine Wagner breaks school record in Pentathlon at Findlay Oiler Opener Indoor Track & Field meet

FINDLAY — Senior Kristine Wagner broke the Ohio Northern school record in the Pentathlon on Friday night at the Finday Oiler Opener meet at the Malcolm Athletic Center.
Wagner finished the five events with a school record 3,020 points, finishing fourth our of seven athletes.
She was fourth in the high jump by clearing 5' 1", was fourth in the long jump with a leap of 15' 10 1/4", was fourth in the shot put with a toss of 30', was fifth in the 800-meter run in 2:36.59 and was fifth in the 60-meter hurdles in :09.84.
Sophomore Kelly Andrews also competed in the meet and was ninth in the women's weight throw event with a toss of 44' 10 1/4".
On the men's side, junior Lucas Shumate was fifth in the weight throw with a toss of 55' 8 1/2".
