This Weekend's Tournament: The Polar Bears are the No. 2 seed in this week's OAC Tournament and will face third-seeded Otterbein in the semifinals on Friday ... Top-seeded John Carroll and fourth-seeded Mount Union will battle in the other semifinal on Friday ... Both semifinal matches are slated to begin at 10 am at Mason ... The league has secured two indoor courts in case of inclement weather - the Queen City Racquet Club in Cincinnati and the South Regency Racquet Club in Miamisburg ... If the semifinal matches are moved indoors they will begin at 10:30 am ... A new, 6-team format for the OAC Tournament was introduced this season with the top two seeds receiving byes into the semifinals ... Saturday finals have a 10 am start time ... Northern has won 6 OAC Tournament titles, most recently in 2015 ... ONU has crowns in 2015, 13, 12, 09, 05, and 02 ... All of the Polar Bears' OAC Tournament titles have come under the current team tournament format adopted by the OAC in 2002 ... ONU received a bye into the semifinals by virtue of finishing second in the OAC Regular Season standings ... ONU is coming off an 8-1 loss at John Carroll on Sunday in a battle for the OAC Regular Season title ... Senior Lynn Kelly led Ohio Northern with a 6-3, 6-3 victory at No. 2 singles ... Thus far this season, sophomore Mackenzie Wills leads the Polar Bears with a 22-7 singles mark ... Kelly is second at 20-5 and sophomore Katie Curry is third at 19-6 ... In doubles play, Wills is 18-10 and and junior Ashley Ochsenhirt is 17-10 ... Wills is a team-best 40-17 overall ... Kelly is 121-36 in her four-year career at ONU and is 36-14 this season.
