Tuesday's Preview: The No. 17-ranked Ohio Northern women's soccer team enters Tuesday's contest riding an eight game winning streak, including a 1-0 victory over Capital on Saturday afternoon ... ONU jumped to No. 15 in the United Soccer Coaches poll, released on Oct. 10 and moved into the D3Soccer.com poll at No. 19 ... Northern posted its ninth shutout of the season and eighth shutout victory with the win over Capital ... The Polar Bears also sit atop the Ohio Athletic Conference standings with the win over Capital and own own the only undefeated OAC record in the conference ... In the victory over Capital, sophomore Rose Nienaber tallied her third goal in as many games to lead ONU in the victory ... Nienaber is currently tied with senior forward Anna Niemeyer for first on the team with five goals ... Freshman Jenna Fuller currently ranks third on the team with four goals and leads the team and ranks fifth in the OAC with five assists ... Her goals against average of 0.50 ranks first in the OAC ... Grierson also leads the team and ranks fourth in the OAC in both save percentage (.818) and goals allowed (6) ... As a team, Northern is tied for eighth nationally with a shutout percentage of .727 ... Heidelberg enters the contest after dropping its last two contests ... The Student Princes are led offensively by sophomore Erica Campbell's eight goals ... The sophomore ranks tied for fourth in the OAC in goals ... Junior Amanda Kilway currently leads the team and is tied for fifth in the OAC with five assists ... Campbell's 16 points are currently tied for fifth in the conference and lead the team ...
