Schnelle, Rushton named All-OAC in Men's Basketball for 2010-11

ADA — Ohio Northern junior Scott Schnelle and freshman Brandon Rushton were named All-Ohio Athletic Conference in men's basketball for 2010-11 in voting conducted by the league's 10 head coaches.

Schnelle was a First Team All-OAC selection and Rushton was named Honorable Mention All-OAC.

Schnelle led the Polar Bears in scoring (14.9), rebounding (7.8), assists (55), blocked shots (40) and field goal shooting percentage (.590).

Rushton was second in scoring at 11.4 ppg, was third with 26 three-pointers and was fourth with 39 assists.

Ohio Northern finished the 2011 season with a 13-13 record and posted its 17th consecutive upper division finish with a 10-8 record, good for fourth place in the 10-team league.
