ADA — For the second consecutive week, the Ohio Northern baseball team received votes in the American Baseball Coaches Association poll.

Northern was mentioned in the poll for consecutive weeks after sweeping nationally-ranked Marietta.

The Polar Bears received 6 votes in the poll after posting a 2-2 week in the Ohio Athletic Conference.

Trinity (Tex.) held the top spot with 479 points and 16 first place votes, while Rowan (N.J.) is second with 450 points and Randolph-Macon (Va.) rounded out the top-3 with 437 points.

The Polar Bears were scheduled to return to action on Tuesday evening with Wittenberg, but inclement weather forced the contest to be postponed. ONU is scheduled to travel to Bluffton on Thursday afternoon for a 4:15 p.m. contest.
